		<description>I used 4 pin rgb leds.  3 pins would be red/green or red/blue.  there are also 6 pin surface-mount rgb leds.</description>

In 16F628A or 18F252 , u have to add more resistors for each RGB leds? Or 74ls595N is constant output for 20 ma?</description>

it doesnt even have to be a pic, avr or even the pc&#039;s parallel port would work.</description>
