If I wanted to add 8 more rgb’s leds. Do i have to added 3 chips(74ls595n)?

I used 4 pin rgb leds. 3 pins would be red/green or red/blue. there are also 6 pin surface-mount rgb leds.

Know what! I was going to built propeller clock using same schematic but not the same codes.

In 16F628A or 18F252 , u have to add more resistors for each RGB leds? Or 74ls595N is constant output for 20 ma?

yew, you can! The first one i built using an 18f252 infact.

it doesnt even have to be a pic, avr or even the pc’s parallel port would work.
